Day 19 Christmas Fun - New Year's Eve

 Dave went to work this morning so I met up with Nancy to walk.  I love our chats.

We had a quiet New Year's Eve with taco soup for dinner (leftover nachos fixings made into soup), watching the last episode of Stranger Things with Syd, playing some games, and being woken up by lots of fireworks at midnight.  Bring on 2026!  Not really sure what it's going to look like, but we got this...together!

Day 18 Christmas Fun

 Dave took JR and L to the airport on his way to work.  I went for a walk after running a couple errands.

Tonight was Syd's patriarchal blessing.  It was beautiful and exactly fits her.  So grateful she shared that moment with us during the holidays.

Day 17 Christmas Fun

 The kids + Luke went to the beach this morning for a surf session.  You can just hear the laughter and the joy from these pictures.

They came home, unloaded, warmed up, and ate breakfast together.  Then we headed out to hike Cowles Mountain.  The views were incredible today!

Gaming happened as well as the last loads of laundry before JR and L leave in the morning.

We ate dinner at Royal Mandarin.  It was yummy!

After a walk around Seafood City, we came home and watched Chasing Mavericks.

It seems like Sandy it just growing and growing!

Day 16 Christmas Fun

Church was nice together.  This afternoon, we headed to La Jolla and walked from Scripps to Blacks and back.  It was the perfect way to spend some time together.  After we played games together with Luke.
